Dan Deluca is an English actor and filmmaker from Hertfordshire, England.With a passion for both filmmaking and mental health advocacy, he embarked on bringing a passion project to life called Solus (2020), which he independently created during the Covid-19 pandemic and went on to be award-nominated at multiple film festivals. This short film aimed to explore the complexities of mental health through a captivating narrative, encouraging viewers to reflect and interpret the story in their own way. Additionally, he wanted to engage with youth groups and schools, shedding light on the process of independent filmmaking even with limited resources.In addition, he is passionately engaged in the creation of his own projects through his production company. Among these projects include a dramatic short film that delves into the complexities of dementia, offering a poignant narrative for this challenging matter. Additionally, he is also immersed in the development of a crime thriller.Before stepping into the world of screen acting, he performed in a multitude of live immersive theatre productions. With a knack for physical comedy, sketch comedy and slapstick humor whilst engaging and entertaining interactive audiences.
