Christophe Monplaisir is a Franco-British actor. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and was subsequently recommended to the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland by his tutor Alan David. Since graduating from RCS, Christophe has performed in theatre productions and short films, and notably played the antagonist in the Amazon Prime feature film The Nutcracker Massacre. A trained voice-over artist with a home studio, Christophe also works in commercial acting. A lifelong gamer, he has played titles including The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, World of Warcraft, Assassin's Creed, God of War, and Ghost of Tsushima over the past twenty years. His calm, intimate, and educated voice, combined with his intense gaze, makes him well-suited for roles as figures of authority or villains. In addition to acting, Christophe is a scriptwriter and submitted his first screenplay to the Raindance Short Script Competition in 2024. Outside the entertainment industry, he is a professional wild plant forager, a wilderness survival specialist, and trained in Japanese martial arts.

Depuis l’obtention de son diplôme au RCS, Christophe a joué au théâtre ainsi que dans plusieurs courts-métrages. Il incarne notamment l’antagoniste du long métrage The Nutcracker Massacre, distribué sur Amazon Prime Video. Également comédien voix, il dispose de son propre home studio et travaille dans le domaine de la publicité et de la narration. Passionné de jeux vidéo depuis plus de vingt ans, il évolue naturellement dans des univers tels que The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, World of Warcraft, Assassin's Creed, God of War ou Ghost of Tsushima. Sa voix posée, intime et cultivée, ainsi que son regard intense, le destinent particulièrement aux rôles de figures d’autorité et d’antagonistes.
