Anthea Freya Hill
Anthea is a British-born, New Zealand–raised actress based in Paris. Proficient in French, she works across Europe, the UK, and New Zealand. She began her training at The Globe Theatre in London with SGCNZ and later at The Actors' Program in Auckland. She made her screen debut alongside Austin Butler in MTV's The Shannara Chronicles (Season 2) and has appeared in several short films, including L'Appel du Devoir with Vincent Elbaz. A versatile stage performer, Anthea has played Helena (A Midsummer Night's Dream), Cordelia (King Lear), Beatrice (The Changeling), and Octavius (Julius Caesar). Since moving to Paris in 2022, she founded Alchemy Theatre, starring in Three Sisters and her own play, Pinned. In 2025, she performed in the multi-award-winning Alone at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. She is also a drama professor at Cours Florent and a freelance acting coach.
